As with years past, we will be marching in the parade again this year at the Duluth Fall Festival.

While we will be meeting at the upper parking lot just before Duluth High School (https://goo.gl/maps/CSazTzmqSdwmt5bZ9 - across from baseball fields - 3737 Brock Rd NW, Duluth, GA 30096) at 9am, the roads will be closed at 9am. So we suggest everyone get there earlier.

Couple of Signups: Duluth Fall Festival Ice and Cars for Campouts

Posted on Sep 20 2022 - 7:09am
The Duluth Fall Festival has reached out to us asking for help selling ice during the festival to vendors (their normal seller is unavailable). The signup for it is here: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/20f0a4aaaae22a4fe3-fall. The troop would not make any money from these sales, BUT - as such - it will count as service hours for the scouts involved. Since we are collecting money for the ice, we need at least one adult for each slot (meaning that we cannot only have scouts covering a slot). Also (and I ask this on the signup), if the adult and scout are from the same family then we can have one adult and one scout (else we will need two adults or two scouts for YPT).
